Welcome to VScopeHQ, a property valuation platform provided by Pomodore Software Solutions LLP. By subscribing to and using VScopeHQ, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Subscription and Usage
2.1 Subscription: VScopeHQ is a subscription-based service. Upon subscribing, users gain access to the platform for the duration of their chosen subscription period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
2.2 Usage: As a subscribed user, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use VScopeHQ in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2.3 Termination: If your subscription ends or is terminated, your access to VScopeHQ will be revoked. You will not be able to use the service until a new subscription is purchased. Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

3.1 Data Storage: VScopeHQ stores user data, including valuation work orders, inspection records, property information, and client details, on our secure servers.
3.2 No Financial Data Storage: VScopeHQ does not store any credit card or bank account information. All payment transactions are handled by third-party payment processors.
3.3 Data Ownership: You retain ownership of all data you submit to VScopeHQ. You grant Pomodore Software Solutions LLP the right to use, process, and store your data as necessary to provide the service.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4.2 Compliance: You agree to use VScopeHQ in compliance with all applicable laws, professional standards, and regulations governing property valuation in your jurisdiction.
4.3 Prohibited Use: You may not use VScopeHQ to transmit or store any unlawful, fraudulent, or objectionable content, or to produce valuation reports that are knowingly inaccurate or misleading.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Service Availability:VScopeHQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
5.2 Liability: Pomodore Software Solutions LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VScopeHQ, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or professional reputation.
5.3 Professional Responsibility: VScopeHQ is a tool to assist professional valuers. The accuracy and compliance of any valuation report generated using our platform remains the sole professional responsibility of the registered valuer.
6. Modifications to the Service and Terms
6.1 Service Changes: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue VScopeHQ or any part thereof at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
6.2 Terms Updates: We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of VScopeHQ after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from your use of VScopeHQ will be resolved in the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
